   HISTORY OF MIXOLOGY : ORIGN STORY   The origin of the cocktail ventures back as early as the 1800s when the concept was introduced and ever since its inception, the cocktail has had a fluctuation of flavours and trends, but remains consistently popular and enjoyed by many.
